Visa Assessment

• We will assess your eligibility for migration to Australia – we provide a comprehensive assessment in which we evaluate your particular circumstances and identify the visa/s you are likely to be eligible for, and your options for migrating to Australia.
• Not everyone qualifies for a permanent residence visa – if you do not appear to be eligible at the present time we will point out to you any things you can do to increase your chances in the future, or suggest alternatives which may be available to you.
• Our assessment will include a quotation for our services to represent you in your visa application and to assist you in preparing and presenting your visa application and supporting documents.
• We will also advise you of the other costs directly relating to your particular visa application - such as the skills assessment fee and visa processing fee payable to the relevant government bodies, and incidental costs related to your application. 

Access this service by completing our visa assessment form and paying the fee of A$99.00. This fee will be credited against the fees payable to us for preparing your visa, if you decide to retain us to represent you.

State sponsorship, skills assessment and your visa application

The preparation, presentation and technical accuracy of your visa application is your key to entry into Australia. Even minor errors could delay your application or result in rejection and invariably mean extra expense and effort.

When you engage us to represent you, we provide the following range of services according to your specific circumstances (not everyone will need each of these services):

• we will provide you with a personalised Action Plan  setting out all the steps to be taken leading to your visa application, together with a time table for completion of each step and who is required to take action.
• We will also provide you with a detailed list of the documents, supporting documents and evidence required for your visa application, and requirements for translation, certified copies etc.
• We will review your documents to ensure that they comply with the requirements of DIAC, any relevant skills assessment bodies, or a sponsoring state
• If you are a skilled migrant we advise and assist you with your skills assessment application and present your application in the best possible light to the skills assessment body.
• If you are a skilled migrant in need of state sponsorship, we assist you with identifying states which are seeking your skills and applying for and securing state sponsorship.
• If you need a relative to sponsor you and provide an assurance of support, we liaise with that relative and assist with the forms required, as well as the process of obtaining approval to lodge an assurance of support.
• If you are a business migrant, we assist you with securing state sponsorship where necessary and can prepare business plans for either state sponsorship or unsponsored visa applications.

Visa lodgement

• We will create an easily accessible index of documents which corresponds with the order in which information is required in your visa application form, for ease of use by the migration officer assessing your application.
• We will prepare a legal submission to DIAC in support of your application, showing that you comply with each of the requirements for a valid application for the visa you are applying for. A well prepared legal submission can assist a migration officer to make a decision about your application.
• We lodge your visa application at the appropriate office of DIAC and co-ordinate the payment of your visa processing fee to DIAC.
• If you are a business or skilled migrant, you may wish to make use of our related business migration services.

Post lodgement services – monitor, liaise and finalise

• We monitor the progress of your visa application and keep you informed of the expected timeframe for approval.
• We assist you to respond to any queries raised by DIAC and to provide any additional information required by the migration officer assessing your case.
• If you have to attend an interview with a migration officer, we will assist you to prepare for the interview.
• Once your visa application is approved we advise you how to get the visa to be endorsed on your passport.

Please note that even if you appear to be eligible for a visa we cannot guarantee success – your application will be scrutinized by your DIAC case officer.  If you comply with all the visa requirements, the visa will be granted. However, if your application is rejected for any reason (for instance health grounds) we will evaluate the reasons provided and advise you of your rights to appeal or have the decision reviewed and assist you with the appeal or review process.

Costs

Many agents quote a "flat fee" which is the same for each visa category - for example $3,500.00 for assistance with skilled migration - we do not quote a "flat fee" as each person's circumstances differ - we determine, in consultation with you, what services you need, and quote you for those services.
